  1. Reading out loud is prohibited.
  2. Maintain order, silence, and adhere to the library's instructions and guidelines.
  3. The use of mobile communication devices (cell phones) is prohibited in the library. Users are requested to put their devices on silent mode to maintain a quiet environment.
  4. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the library.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the library.
  6. Visitors are not allowed to bring their personal belongings and bags into the library hall. They should be placed in the designated lockers.
  7. The library is open from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
  8. All necessary guidance and reference materials are provided to library users, and their questions and inquiries are answered without discrimination to enhance performance and satisfaction.
