The tasks of the Student Affairs Deanship include:

Providing a safe and attractive university environment that respects privacy and ensures the rights of others.

  1. Serving students in the areas of guidance, counseling, and taking care of their various aspects.
  2. Supervising non-curricular activities (cultural and sports) for students, monitoring them, and attempting to provide the necessary material and moral resources.
  3. Establishing a database on the educational and social conditions of students.
  4. Monitoring the implementation of the scholarship and exemption program provided by the university in coordination with relevant authorities.
  5. Coordinating and communicating with faculties and various departments within the university to address academic and administrative issues for students.
  6. Networking with local and international institutions and associations to support university students.
  7. Monitoring the implementation of the academic system, university regulations, and instructions regarding students in coordination with the Admission and Registration Deanship.
  8. Addressing the daily problems faced by students and working on finding appropriate solutions.
  9. Membership in the Student Discipline Committee.
  10. Monitoring cleanliness and health conditions in the university cafeteria.
