Civil Engineer / Birzeit University, Diploma in Political Science / Research Institute - Egypt, then many general and specialized courses in several fields inside and outside Palestine, especially from Britain and Germany. He worked as a coordinator and then as Director General, then Secretary General of the Office of National Institutions, and then Vice President of the National Labor Affairs Authority (PNA). Member of the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Engineers, then Vice President in repeated courses for 14 years. One of the founders of Save the Children - Palestine and a member of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Housing Council.
